I need some digital mouths for my new animation, to make the minifig look like its talking but i cannot find any and ive tryed making my own but they just look like a big failure. so if you have any and don't mind sharing them it would really come in handy.
Here are loads of great ones that you can use that are mouths and other facial features. 
For each mouth design they also have a mouth position for each sound.
There is also accompanying software that place is the mouth movement on your video and best of all it is all free
There is also a template so you can make your own
Time it frame by frame; if the audio spikes more, make the mouth bigger. If you want to get into more advanced mouth shapes though, you'll have to spend a bit more time on it.

Search "Monkey university" and look for "Monkey University: Mouth animations 101". I bet that'll help.
