I am honestly starting to not care, because yes, this is getting rather anoying. I for now on will never enter a Munzapoppa contest. 
It's sad to me that this avoidable drama has occurred. People would have forgiven you for taking a long time, Munzapoppa. But deliberately holding back results? Really?

Where, because if you want to create a topic in the Releases forum you need to submit a film first and if you want to create a topic in the contest forum you need to post it somewhere else and wait for a mod to move it there.

I havent made a film i want to host a contest
I HIGHLY suggest you don't do that, not because I don't want you to have a contest, but because people will hate it if there aren't any serious prizes, and generally new people don't do too good with the contests.
Well I was planning on asking people to donate prizes.
Also, one more thing: didn't you spell Crosshair wrong, and the N in animation is capitalized. I doubt that the regular "Crosshair Animation" was taken.
