Looked a bit like a young Richard Pryor, maybe even Steve Harvey. But I've really got no idea.

It died quite suddenly. I tried to revive it a few times, but I just didn't have it in me. That one's probably going to stay in my head for now I suppose, I can't give it the time or attention it probably deserves...

There should be a new rule. No obscurely awful films that no one has ever head of. I mean, looking at this last frame makes me want to kill myself. It looks dreadful. And IMDB proves it. 1.5/10, a synopsis that reads "A mad scientist transforms himself into an aquatic killer" and a plot keyword "Sole Black Character Dies Cliche."
Hmmm. Great. 
Neither had I, I right-clicked the frame and it took me to a review of the movie. I know it's wrong, but we had to change the image.
