Re: Lego ww2 Omaha Beach

You know I love WWII Lego films.  I clicked the link and an ad came up, so I'm d/ling to view l8r.  I'll let you know what I think!

Yeah, I'm back!  The frame rate was low, but it doesn't matter, because there was so much movement and intensity.  I particularly loved the U-Boat models.  I don't know if you did all the sound work yourself (I'll check the directory link in a minute), but the sound quality, including the tapestry of sound effects, was very good.  Did you use Floam or somethiing for water?  I liked the use of play-doh/plasticine for bleeding.  It actually turns out more realistic than the lame, cliche CGI blood effects, and yet the more effective clay version is still more watchable.  Only thing I didn't like is the Lord's name in vain, but I checked the advisorie beforehand, so I knew what could be coming.  One lesson: Never remove your helmet in battle.  You will instantly be shot in the head!

Good job.  Keep it up!
