Unfortunately, Bill was a Ghost, so he couldn't eat the pizza, but it was stuck inside him forever.
And then, without warning, Daniel was teleported to South America without Bill the elephant.
However South America, he found, was full of Bills (Otherwise known as elephants) and so decided to become an illegal poacher so he could rid the world of every animal with a trunk.
But then God Smote him.
"Yay For Unneeded Capitalism." Shouted God, as he was one of great grammatical intelligence.
Daniel did not enjoy being smitten, so he hatched a plan to obtain revenge.
Daniel tried to ambush God, but because God is God, the plan totally failed. To put himself in a happier mood, Daniel poached some Bills.
And God smote him again, saying "Will he ever learn?"
Daniel said "No!" and hired some pirates to help him poach.
One of the pirates, named Marvin, was about to eat some poison, except Daniel took it away and told him poison is bad.

But, being the rebelious pirate he is, Marvin consumed the poison post haste, for it smelled good and tasted sweet.
The next thing he knew... he was looking in the eyes of a very angry Bill...
The Bill ate Marvin, and he felt very content with his meal. However the poison in Marvin then started to affect the Bill, but it was too weak for an elephant, and it only gave it digestive problems. So the Bill got angrier.

The digestive problems then caused such a rumble in the Bill's stomach that it ripped a hole in the fabric of space and time, sending the bill to ancient Rome.
Specifically, Pompeii, 79 AD.
And Bill was never seen again, for he was put in the arena to go against the gladiators. Daniel saw this happen through the time portal created by the elephant's digestive problems, and said, "Meh, that's nothing. BUT HAVE YOU SEEN THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN VOICE?!"
Then there was an awkward silence between the pirate and Daniel, as they stared at each other.
