Re: How long have you been brickfilming?
I was brickfilming for about four years then I joined the bf.com and lost all interest in actually trying to get started on another film... and that was in '03 that I last made a brickfilm.

I released my first film on May 10th, 2005 according to the original DVD, but prior to that, I'd been brickfilming for about 8 months. That puts me at about me at about 4 and a half years.
I've actually been watching brickfilms since the early 2000's. I still have a folder called 'LEGO movies'.
That reminded me, I stumbled across Brickfilms.com in around 2001.
I have been brickfilming since the summer of '05 (nearly four years).
Alternate answer:
TOO EFFING LONG.
We started around the same time.
I started animating around two years ago, but in that time I didn't have my dads laptop to work on, so yeah...I've borrowed my dads laptop now and am animating!

You still use the same computer you've used since the early 2000's? I've gone through two computers in four years.
Three years or so.
About four and a half years.
Wow, I feel all old now.

Early 2008, 1 year. I'm very new.
Same here. I started in April 2008. I can't believe how far I've come so fast. First Film Most Recent Film
January 2008.
Since like fall 2006.
well, I first discovered and started brickfilming back in summer, 2005. I discovered brickfilms.com in 2006. I didn't join, but I watched all the films in the directory, and I checked the directory every day.
Eight or nine years, I think. Early 2000's, anyway. I still have my earliest brickfilms lying around on videotape, I just have no idea where, and the camera they were filmed on doesn't work anymore, so I have nothing to play them on at the moment. I am ashamed to admit, however, that they did include Mega Bloks. That was before I saw the light.
I wish I could pinpoint the exact date, so I could celebrate my tenth-iversary.
