i thinks so because it has to be every frame of animation

No im pretty sure as long as we can see the mod element before the minifigure pases in front of it, you should be ok.
The green part of the mod element looks grey in some of my frames. Can I prove that it's green in sepparate set pics or something?
EDIT: Here's an image.
EDIT 2: Same question as DarthRugg. Because the guy on the left is blocking another mod element.

Does the pocket on this torso count for the letter mod?

If you block your mod element with your minifig for one frame per the second, will it disqualify you?

Still animating, gosh this is taking awhile.
Gahhhh, I overslept and I still don't have an idea yet 
I think i'll just have to wait till next THAC to enter, since i've missed like half of it already...
