Do we have to include the Brick-A-Thon logo at the end of our film, like we've had to with other sponsors for the past two competitions? If so, wouldn't that constitute three mod elements?
I believe the Brick-A-Thon logo is optional, but you'll get $10 more if you win and had included it in your film.
Though to be clear, from here on out I'm not really an authority on this contest, it's NXT's contest and he's been the one negotiating with the sponsor, etc. It's possible I will try to enter this.

i just read (i may be blind cuz i didn't see it) when we upload it to youtube, do we set it as private?
You may upload your videos publicly after the 24 hours have ended, but during the 24 hours, the films must be kept private. I would suggest uploading to MediaFire.com, then e-mailing me the link to submit your entry.

If I am tempted to enter this and as a result my Tropfest film misses the deadline because it was finished 24 hours behind schedule, I'm coming for you NXT.
I want to do this. We'll see. Given my lack of camera and capture software, and my 4 hour work shift that morning, and a family reunion in htat afternoon, it looks bleak. We'll see. I love you all.

Dont worry you will. The mod elements are very simple usually something like a black brick attached to a yellow brick

Oh, like, setting it as unlisted? I think that would be fine, I'll add that to the submissions information.
Yeah, unlisted is the word I was looking for. That's an easy way for people to upload their entries and once the deadline has passed they can just set the film to "public". It seemed to work well for Septemberfest.
Even though I've seen many THAC's, this will be my first time entering.
I really hope I can enter.
Ill definetaly be entering, if my life permits. ;D
