DDClip Free is great editing software if you can get it to work.

There's a link at the top of the bar.
*facepalm*
Cheers Bert.
Not sure it's worth adding to the list due to limited features and the problems with installing on anything newer than Win2K due to hard drive size problems.
DetonationFilms.com Can pretty much dot hat.
I have Windows 7 64 bit and it runs ok. So I would assume it should be fine on vista.

I need help converting a aep.file; YouTube won't let me upload it so yeah what should I use?
An '.aep' is a project file, not a video. You have to render it out as a movie file.
I'm guessing File > Render?
Tbh I'm only good doing the effects not stuff like this lol.

Go to Composition > Add to Render Queue, and then configure it. Then click render, wait a couple of minutes and voila, a file that can be uploaded to YouTube.
