Not sure it's worth adding to the list due to limited features and the problems with installing on anything newer than Win2K due to hard drive size problems.
are there any special effects softwares for Vista? Like explosions, muzzle flashes etc

What about a music maker like MAGIX or ACID Pro for free, and for Vista? Need one NOW for BRAWL, or will have no music 
I need help converting a aep.file; YouTube won't let me upload it so yeah what should I use?
An '.aep' is a project file, not a video. You have to render it out as a movie file.
I'm guessing File > Render?

Go to Composition > Add to Render Queue, and then configure it. Then click render, wait a couple of minutes and voila, a file that can be uploaded to YouTube.
