Im under 18 so I went on my moms account and applied on her account and adding my account because im underage but probleom is is that she doesent have videos, subscribers, or anything and I do if she gets denied does that mean I do? 
If your mom's account is denied, that doesn't really affect your chances of getting a partnership because you have a separate account, right? Is that what you were asking?
Just pretend you are 18 and put all your parent's details in on your main account.

Guys! Write your parents info and youtube will accept it and they will review your application. I personally am almost 19 so I didn't need to lie when I applied but there are plenty of youtube partners who even admit in their channel that they are like 14 or 15 years old and they still are partners. Those 15 year olds or even younger teenagers are youtube partners only because they added some relatives info who is 18 or older. So yeah no worries.
But officially yes Youtube says you have to be at least 18 years old to be a partner.
I heard its against the law and they can search about you so im not gonna go with that option.....
what do you mean adding relative info how do I do it?
I had partnership, But it's disabled 'cos my adsense is disabled.. not sure why either one of them is disabled.. it's quite annoying.. I never recieved an email saying why...
