YOU can control the ads that show up on your videos. Also, yes.

Just one more quick question guys before we apply: Are you absolutely sure that there will be no adds (if we choose so) on either our channel or our videos?  If there are any adds at all, then we will not apply.

Yes, if there are any, just download an Ad-Blocker for Firefox or Chrome.

And subscribe to some lists.

One video with copyrighted stuff doesn't stop you from getting a partnership.
Daragh has tons of videos with copyrighted music in it and he's a partner.
