I got my Caveman, Zombie, and Skater in the mail the other day. I can't feel anything wrong with the plastic. It feels regular to me.

The most obvious discrepancy in the plastic that I noticed were the hands, which where different to the regular yellow and didn't match the other body parts well. Other than that, a lot of the pants weren't too great.
I went to Toys R Us and Target today to look for some of the minifigures. Apparently, where I live hasn't gotten them yet.

Yeah I got some from TRU a couple of weeks ago yet I went back about 6 days ago and they're were none.
I want some so flipping bad. but there was none at my Lego store!

Same here. Toys r us is getting a shipment today, so I'll go there tomorrow. They are $2.50. Bit steep, but I'll pay it. I'll get about 10. 
I'm getting three or four tomorrow.

Yeah TRU raised it's prices from $1.99 to $2.50!!!!!! But i'm still gonna buy some.
