Re: The CGI Thread

@Rusty
Looks a lot better, I think the extra bump mapping on the clouds significantly increase the realism of the picture and it looks like you fixed up the coast line ~ now it looks like there is an ocean mini/wink  Looks good, keep it up!

@ZP
Minecraft, eh?   Now is this for a project of any sort?

But in all seriousness, what are we looking for? haha

@legoguy501
I'm glad that you fixed your issue! mini/smile  If it ever happens again, check to see if you have multiple armatures assigned to the single bone ~ that always would cause problems for me mini/tongue

If I'm on the forums, I'm probably waiting for Blender to finish rendering.

This would be a nightmare to texture.

Looks cool. I really like the center of the object.

I need to start getting back into this. Even though being lazy is quite fun.

Re: The CGI Thread

For the planet, I would strongly suggest you dropping the specularity way down, giving it a slight redish tint (to go with the color of the planet), and maybe lessen it's hardness.

Re: The CGI Thread

Does anyone know how I can build with LDraw/MLCad/something like it on Mac? My PC no longer works, and I want to give CG bricks another go. Is there a way I can do so on Mac without boot camping it? I really don't want to end up boot camping.
