So a bunch of people on BiM tried to have an intelligent Skype call, then this happened.
So a while back a bunch of us had this extremely long call that eventually drove us insane. Turns out that I had an automatic skype recorder on so we decided to compile it all into one video, complete with drawings done by a few of us and all.

Dang, I should get on skype more often.

Oh, Gabatay, I'm sick now, and Halloween's tomorrow. D: I'm gonna probably miss out on trick-or-treating yet again.

Oh no!  The Doctor needs a doctor!  Maybe it's just a 24 hour Time Lord thing, and you will be all regenerated in time for trick-or-treating?

I really do hope that you are all better by tomorrow, ANP!! mini/smile

Re: Café Corner

Well, that's ridiculously unlikely.
I get sick often. And when I'm sick, I typically stay that way for a very long time.
Earlier this year, I was ill for 39 days, despite however much I rested at home.
24-hour things have only happened to me just a small few times.

I'm guessing by the severity of how bad I feel now and from experience that the worst of this will go on until around Monday, then slowly linger on until the tenth or so.

Re: Café Corner

Yipes, that's rotten!  I'm so sorry that you have to deal with being sick so often and for so long.  mini/sad You will be in my prayers!

Re: Café Corner

Happy Halloween guys, mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! mini/lol

Re: Café Corner

@Squid - Aww man that does stink... prayed that you'll feel well enough. You've got your costume and everything...

Re: Café Corner

I still got to go out with it during a party on Saturday at least. mini/smile

It's kinda funny actually, for the last few years, I've not been able to actually trick-or-treat every other year.

2008: Sick
2010: My town moved Halloween (I DON'T GET IT EITHER! And nobody told me, still, I went to a nice party)
2012: Sick again

Re: Café Corner

They moved Halloween?? Haha I didn't know towns did that. I hardly ever dress up anymore... though I'd like, I just never get around to working on a costume. And I haven't gone trick or treating since I was really little since we don't live in a neighborhood really and we always go to/help with the Fall Festival at my church on the same night. So that's where I'll be tonight. I really like doing that.

Well, they moved the day of trick-or-treating at least, and everyone seemed to go with it.
I think it was something about it being on a Sunday that year, and a whole lot of Christians think that Halloween is some evil holiday, and didn't want it to be on a Sunday.
But that's totally ridiculous considering Halloween is actually a Christian holiday, being the eve of all saints day, but a bunch of people seem to be completely oblivious to that.

Re: Café Corner

I find it quiet funny how, every year, my high school puts on a big Halloween pep rally for the seniors. And even though the seniors always pull some horrible prank on that day, they still have it again the next year, where the same thing happens again.

Do some people just lose their brains on Halloween?

Yeah I know what you mean... so many diverse opinions. But, we gotta love them, right? Haha mini/smile

Re: Café Corner

I just played Slender, because it's Halloween and I had too good of a day. Not as scary as it could've been, but the sound burst when I spotted him always made me jump. First attempt, 2/8, second attempt, 3/8... Now hopefully I'll never do that ever again.

Not to be rude, ANP, but aren't you a bit old to trick-or-treat? Still liked the DW costume, though. mini/smile

Aren't we a bit old to be playing with plastic construction toys, reading comicbooks, watching My Little Pony, etc.?

Re: Café Corner

A lot of *ahem* nerdy adults and such like to go trick or treating just to have an excuse to wear cosplays and such. It's kinda like Pokemon, you love it as a kid, then at one point you think you're too old for it, and then in a couple years you start to love it again.

Have I even told you guys how old I am?

Well, a lot of people have said that sort of thing anyway. mini/tongue But I really don't think that anyone is really to old for trick-or-treating, unless they're so old that walking around door to door for a while is too much for them, in which case I have a very long time.
And It's a lot better for someone like me to go out than some very little kid who cries and screams all the time whilst annoying everyone.

Also, I do really enjoy any excuse to cosplay and get free candy.

I haven't really grown up anyway... I still love LEGO, I love My Little Pony, and I don't really think getting older means not doing fun things.

Re: Café Corner

Wait, did you post a picture of you in your DW costume??

Re: Café Corner

Err, I meant to say scarf, not costume.
