Also, a couple of days ago, I got the complete first season of Heroes on DVD for £7.50. That's about $15 - $17 I think.

Well, actually same here, what can the iPad do that a computer and an iphone can't do? Also, computers have way more uses as well. There is just one thing I love about the ipad though, that other computers cant do and its the way you browse pictures. :drool:
The iMacbook Pro or whatever may be twice as expensive as iPad, but the Macbook can do 5 times as much as an iPad can. The iPad is just a toy, and us as a species are becoming more and more reliant on them. DOOM!

Just finished a brickfilm for school with a friend. 
I'd probably take an iPad or similar tablet over a netbook, but otherwise would choose a laptop. Tablets are neat, but the the compelling features to accessible pricing ratio hasn't shifted just right for me yet.
Okay guys, before Sunday I had £300, now, I'm almost broke.
See, I pre-ordered a 3DS with Street Fighter 4 (3D edition, from GAME) and I ordered an ikea desk lamp, Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo (Two disc edition), The Incredibles, and Wall-e (Two disc edition.)
Suprisingly, I like Pixar.

A good idea. I know of a lot of people who would go out instantly the day after their birthday/Christmas/whatever and buy anything.
