Re: Café Corner
Another good documentary about the food industry is Food Inc. It turned my sister vegetarian. Anyway, the only fast food place we go now is In-N-Out burger because it's a lot less processed.

I love that place! I usually get a bacon burger.
I just don't eat fast food full stop, though McDonalds' ice cream I will devour gladly, and sometimes I'll have a portion of chips, but they're far too salty. I'd rather go hungry than have a KFC.
The last time I ate at McDonalds, I was 5. I got food poisoned, and my bro got hives. Never ate there again. I am really into Chick-Fil-A latley. It's just another fast food place, but you want to eat there over and over and over again for some reason. Then I realize.......it's SUNDAY! ![]()
To be honest, I will indulge in a greasy processed cheeseburger every month or so. And find it delicious.
Sue me.
Burgers made at a fast food resturaunt such as McDonald's or Wendy's is actually just as unhealthy as processed food from your local supermarket. I think people make too big of a deal of grease, and give less attention to things like sugar levels, which are just as bad. Fast food resturaunts are not the healthiest choice of food, but it's not the end of the world if you eat there, nor does it mean you'll get fat if you eat there once a month. I actually think that processed foods at a store like ALDI are not as helthy as, say a cheeseburger, at Sonic. Sure, it's still unhealthy, but it's healthier than what I said above. Also, they alone do not make you fat. When I was little, my family used to go to McDonald's quite frequently, and I was always one of the thinest kids in my class (I still am). I was actually so thin, I was refered to having chicken-leg-like arms
. Keeping up with gym and eating healthy foods regularly allow you to eat at fast food resturaunts once and a while. My views on how fast food resturaunts treat their animals doesn't bother me unless they're unhealthy. I say that because, there isn't really any other perpose for them exept making milk and butchering them for meat. I know I sound like I hate animals, but if I'm going to eat an animal, I'd rather it just be clean, healthy, and taste good, than have it live in luxury.

Would you guys buy a book on brickfilming?
and if so- what should be in it?
MATT
We don't need a book. We're already professionals. As a matter of fact, We should make the book 'Bricks In Motion: The Book' But yea, a book would be interesting... but if anyone here needed help, they could just ask anyone on the site or... Wiki. Were you planning on writing a book?
May I ask where "The Good Things" thread went? I think it's very disappointing it was locked/closed/cleared off. One of you should revive it. [/tellingyouwhattodo]
I have to say LegO I love your avvy/sig. Birds of the angry sort are always a good option.
Aw, you say that, just as I change them. ![]()
Small decrepit old green men are also a very good thing to use as a representation.
Speaking of books (technically on One_man_show and I ) there should be a BiM Book- where the community each writes a segment. It'll have the history of brickfilming, when it started, who does it, The fall of Brickfilms.com, the rise of Bricksinmotion.com and a whole lot more. Then you sell it.... and the money earned goes towards charity... Think of the Fame BiM will get for the kindness.

Yes, like the charitable cause of giving to the LegOpinions' society for onions. [/shamelessselfpromotion]
