You know, you COULD always ask for help instead of reverting to an inferior program. Why are you still using 2.55 anyway? 2.56 has been out for a while now.

I thought people would get tired of me asking questions related to computer graphics mini/tongue . I'll post my issue in the CGI thread later today. And I am still using 2.55 because I'm... lazy. I don't know what bugs have been fixed, or what new features have been added, but I definetely need to download it ASAP.

Re: Café Corner

They would be perfect for further Doctor Who spoofs. I am severely tempted.....

By the way, I'm trying to get a job at a Toy Shop - one of my many lifelong dreams (even though its a dead end job that involves merely re-stocking and beeping on a checkout - the same goes for working at a LEGO Store). But because there are over 4 Million Englishmen/women also looking for jobs, I doubt I'll get it (DAMN YOU BRITISH GOVERNMENT!!![/khan]). I also have an upcoming Job Interview at a supermarket, which I also doubt I'll get, even with my new suit (which - like everything I wear - doesn't fit me the way I want it to).

I guess two consecutive failed job interviews (I thought I would have to do a Mrs Doubtfire and rush from one-to-the-other), over six instant rejections and countless CV's/applications with no reply, kinda bashes your confidence.

I know what you mean.  mini/confused

Luckily I have an older brother who is self-employed who said he'd take me on..

Re: Café Corner

I'm a little young to get a job ('bout 2 or 3 years mini/wink ) but I really want to start out working for either a library or at a coffee shop! When I get in my 20's though I'm either gonna be a lawyer, a AFOL for the LEGO company, an animation movie producer (I'm gonna make the first feature length brickfilm that will be shown in theater's in the US and all of the UK), or a director. Good luck Max!

Contradictory statement is contradictory.

Well, before I spark something, I had better leave something worth reading.

I now have a blog, you can see it here.

Re: Café Corner

You don't need a specific computer to do good things, use what you have, unless it has something like windows 98, it's probably good enough already.

Re: Café Corner

It's a Windows XP.  Well you see the computer I use has had it's fair share of viruses and CHSKDS or what ever they are called.  It is 32 GB and most of my editing softwares have gone to my brothers Vista computer.  The alternitive is that I buy one with Windows 7 and then have my computer guy tweak it up.  For about 500.

RealBrick, it's kinda annoying when you constantly ridicule Mac users.

Well, then you may want to consider upgrading to Vista, or Windows 7, which is what I use. Or, you could save for a Mac and use XP until you have enough.

Caidence, I was kind of kidding with that statement, perhaps I should have put [/sarcasm] or [/joke] in there, but I didn't mean to push your buttons like that. Sorry.

Re: Café Corner

Sadly my processor is too weak and it would be fatal to upgrade.  So I'm guessing that after this recession peeps down again I'll look for a laptop.

Eugh, the only reason the Apple operating system is generally more powerful is because it's 64 bit.

Re: Café Corner

Hey guys, a while ago (well, September actually) my lamp broke and I've had to use my room light for films since. But for my TOY entry, and future films, I want much better a more dynamic lighting. So what lamp/lamps or kind of lamps do you think I should get?

Bad day for me so far. I was up all night working on a speech for school due today, and even though I was struggling not to, I fell asleep. It's now 6:26 and I have to go to school. mini/madhead
