Coca-Cola is a really bad substitute for a cigarette. If you smoke 20 a day then you will probably contract lung cancer and die. If you drink 20 cans of coke a day then your teeth will fall out, and you will get fat. Not to mention all the other problems that huge amounts of sugar and caffeine will have on your body.
