For those who are interested, Quentin Tarantino is having a roast at the Friars Club in NYC hosted by Samuel L. Jackson, with Uma Thurman, Pam Grier, Eli Roth, Kurt Russel, Harvey Keitl, Cristopher Walken, Michelle Rodriguez and etc. attending.
Tickets are 500-800 dollars.
Fun Fact: My mom is getting me tickets for me and my dad as a b-day present for me.

That's quite a present. Hope you have fun.
NXT, that sounds like the best thing ever.

Wow, in the last 10 days, 54 new users have joined, and two have already been banned, In the last month 148 new users, 3 banned, Only 5 with member status, the other 140 still considered new members.
One user was banned today, the day he joined.
From the newest 50 users there has been 43 posts, 25 by someone named L man, averaging 0.367 posts per the other 49 members, most members of those who posted had posted 3 or 4 times, leaving only about eight* users out of fifty posting at all. On of those only posted a
as his whole post, for his only post. Two members of the first fifty have had their posts deleted, one of those has been banned.
I just thought you guys might like some of that useful info ![]()
*all numbers are not exact, especially that one, i may have missed or forgotten stuff
FYI, the last two members to be banned were spambots.
And also, people need to stop making so many pointless/joke posts. Don't post unless you have something to add to the conversation, please.
Yeah.
That was predictable.]

DUDE, INVITE US FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY!
To any sort of mod or someone who controls the contest around here- I want to create a new contest (I know everyone is about to kill me right now but listen-) and its for April Fools Day (yes, all the way in April). I just saw a lot of themed contests like Halloween, and wanted to know if I could make one. Possibly make it an official BiM contest? I don't know about the prizes though... maybe a sponsorship? But I don't have a membership or anything in any online brick store...
The contest will begin on February 29th, due date would be March 25th, results on April 1st.
Or am I just annoying everyone and should shut up and sit in a dark corner?
It's not a bad idea, but people will likely be focusing their BiM 2011 entries at that time.
BiM 2011?
Wait- the 2009 BiM Awards was awarded to the best films for each category made that year, right? You don't enter it into the contest, you just are selected by the judges if your film was worthy enough during that year. Is the BiM 2011 like that? Because if so, no one would be worrying about that in March.
And when is the 2010 Awards?
I was referring to the yet-to-be announced BiM 2011 yearly contest.
Ah, well it won't be done in march, will it? Like not during school.
