Everyone's in agreement it's him. And considering that the hit squad though the rift and the hub was what kept him alive, they're gonna be in for a shock. Personally, all I can think is that I now know what a regenerating homunculus (from FMA) would look like in real life.

My brother didn't watch it, but saw another trailer which said Jack had been killed, to which he said "yeah right, he can't die."

Me:"they put a bomb inside him to blow both him up and the hub."
Him: "he still can't die though!"
Me: *thinking* 'You're missing the point here bro.' ¬.¬

It's impossible for him to die,not yet.Tht happens in the year 5 Billion. mini/smile
You do have to remember though, that Jack does age, albeit very slowly.

Blue is trying to say that it was to get the bomb into the hub.
I really liked it and can't wait till tonight's episode.

Was anyone else reminded of the macra? They fit te same description, they both breath toxic gas, and from what Isaw there were crablike claws walloping the tank.

Thanks,Blue.

Re: The Doctor Who Discussion thread(SPOILER ALERT!)

Just watched all the episodes on iplayer today. That was brilliant. I should try see more of the last series because I stopped watching after a while. But this series was very very good.

Three days ago when I said I was gonna do the same thing you said you stopped wtaching because it was "boring" >:(

Re: The Doctor Who Discussion thread(SPOILER ALERT!)

: D I said that about the second series. I slowly stopped watching it I think because I started losing interest. So I haven't yet seen Owen and Tosh go or anything. But I decided just to give it chance and watch it. And it's been the best Torchwood so far. Better than the first and second series. I have a feeling that this will be the last series.

Re: The Doctor Who Discussion thread(SPOILER ALERT!)

Aye,Torchwood may be at an end.It does leave one question:

With Jack and Torchwood gone, who is left to monitor the Rift?

Just cos jack's gone, doesn't mean there's gonna be no torchwood, there was torchwood before him.

Yeah but Jack's gone, Ianto's dead, Gwen's the only one left but she's pregnant and I would think she'd like to get away from her life at Torchwood as she wont want to bring a child into that world. So I dunno if they'll go ahead with more Torchwood since all the characters are either dead or not willing to be there. They could of course bring new characters in but I dunno.

They could move to one of the 2 other torchwoods still known:Torchwood 2 in Glasgow,or the "lost" torchwood 4,rumoured to be in Ireland.

Meh. I guess I just need to get used to the new Doctor, but this doesn't really tickle my fancy.

I love the looks of the new companion though. Then again I'm a sucker for gingers.

Re: The Doctor Who Discussion thread(SPOILER ALERT!)

I think smith looks better than the "Twilight Doctor" I expected, but not amazing.I love the new companion.
