I resurrect this thread because there are so many joyous films around that many of the new members have not had the pleasure of seeing yet. To this end I give you Totentanz by Go! Le Go! One of the best gothic brickfilms ever made.
I dare you to watch it. ![]()
Also Writers Block...
That's a good one.
Why has no one mentioned Worst Case Scenario 3. That movie was pretty freakin' awesome.
The Magic Portal was also a great one; I watch it every now and then, still. Ben Cowell's 1234 is also a favorite of mine; it's pretty perfect, as brickfilms go, apart from the occasional prop bumps. I also loved The New Neighbor, which is probably the best comedy of 2008, apart from any of KG's films.
I still think Fallen: Part One is fantastic.
Something I loved about The New Neighbor is that when I saw it, I forgot it was a brickfilm and thought it was a real film. That is something that doesn't happen often.
I still think Fallen: Part One is fantastic.
I actually thought that the trailer for Part Two was cooler than Part One, mostly for the visuals. The last shot of the trailer was amazing.
Among many of the ones mentioned in this thread, I am also a big fan of Good Company: Redux. Easily one of the best and most adult-themed brickfilms out there, and brilliantly tells a complex and, at times, disturbing story. I still have no idea what to make of the ending.
And I agree with Night Owl, some of you should probably watch older brickfilms to get a better foundation. I'm seeing too many Grace's and other newer releases in this thread for my liking (and personally, while a technical marvel, I think Grace isn't Nos' best film, that being Frankenstein).
I need to see Fallen: Part One again. Is it still online somewhere?

No idea. I think what stands out about Fallen is its pacing. It's quite well edited, and Ladon isn't at all afraid to let things go at a very natural pace. If it were complete, it would be even better...
Since my post on January the 17th I've changed my mind.
My first favourite: Grace ![]()
My second favourite: Unrenewable ![]()
My third favourite: Driven ![]()
