Today I plan on alternating between Mass Effect 2 and the gym 
Dog, the voice actor of Bill isn't dead; he voices Father Grigori of HL2, Valve just couldn't contact him. They killed off Bill for a plot twist.
I just finished COD: UO. Ahhh that brings back memories.

I've finally gotten around to playing Half Life 2, and since I'm not really a huge PC gamer, I got it for my old xbox, and using the controller to shoot guys is so annoying when there's no aim functionality. I might just get it off steam and pick up the first half life game and all the episodes while I'm at it.
It's really cool though.

You should get The Orange Box for your PS3/Xbox 360. Its only 13$ and comes with Portal, HL2 and EP1-2, and TF2. And one of the weapons CAN aim.

Episode 3 isn't out yet. It comes with ep 1 and 2.

I've heard super bad things about the orange box on the PS3 and I don't have a 360, but that might change since I've wanted to try out a few of the 360 console exclusives. Mass Effect, Left 4 Dead, Forza, and that stuff have been games I want to properly check out.

You should get The Orange Box for your PS3/Xbox 360.
The PC version is a billion times better, mainly because of TF2. On PC, it has over double the weapons, custom maps and constant updates. I also have the PS3 version and TF2 doesn't even work on it. Ever.
I recommend getting The Orange Box for PC, it's much better.
He was talking about buying something for a console AND that he wasn't much of a PC gamer.
Get 360 for Mass Effect! Mass Effect 1 gave me about 30 hours of gameplay but that was also following side missions, Mass Effect 2 has given me 11 hours so far and that was mostly following the main story and I'm still on the first disc!
Mass Effect 2 is turning out to be awesome! 
Mass Effect 2 is a wonderful game. Honestly, the superb final mission is worth the $60 alone.
AND MY COMPUTER CAN'T RUN IT! 
This is why I semi gave up on PC gaming a while ago.
