Hmm.The bottom of the figure is pixelated though, but the whole thing is , IDK, I just don´t like it.
I kept it simple while still trying to get the professional look.
Why do you seem to repeatedly brag about where you live?

Maybe a little too proud. Nobody likes a person who is hubris, especially the Internet Gods. They will smite you.

I'm about to sound very elitist and a bit of an !@#$%^&, but some photos and bad wordart do not make a logo. I'd encourage everyone here to be a bit creative with their logos and make something professional and memorable! Step one - no photos in logos!

Not bad 
It's nice if your logo has something to do with your 'company'. An arrow might look nice, but not enough to do with real bricks.
