My film is in Black & White,
and in one scene there's a cop.
The cops uniform is black and his head is yellow.
Would that count?
Yes it would count. Black LEGO touching yellow LEGO counts. Except baseplates.
I'm not doing so well, but I'm getting back on track. I have about 29 seconds done, and some audio editing, but I still have another at least 30 seconds left, and a lot of editing! 
I got just over 3o seconds, so I cross my fingers I have enough time to finish, or else I 'll kill a fly...
Editing now... About half way there... We think we're going to do it!
I have 35 seconds done so far. All my footage is edited, too.
Also, FancyPants and MooCJ are my voice actors.

Do title sequences and credits count as part of the 30 seconds?

Anyways, I've finished and edited 52 seconds without any titles added yet. I think I'll finish it and then add a few things to make it longer if I have the time. Things are going pretty good, I'll definitely be able to finish!
What happens if the black and yellow brick connection doesn't enter into the shot for about a second or to, aka, a minifig walking into the shot? Also, I am looking for someone for a thug voice... any takers. Only a couple of lines.
