Here's a fat minifig I made last night:
His arms are attached on the back with plasticine.
Looks pretty good Danimation! I like the way the feet are close to the body and facing outwards. The arms look a bit awkward with the positioning and what not, but overal, a very nice figure!

Thanks Danimation! The coats come from MMCB. I have a few more in tan and gray and one in red as well, but I got them a while back... theseller isn't producing any at the moment....

i like the medic in the american squad, i think he looks very detailed because of the arm band

When we say 'custom', do we mean customised (decals etc.) or custom designed (built yourself)? If we're including the latter, here's The Hoosiers.
That looks pretty good! 
I have no idea who "The Hoosiers" are, but the minifigures that you have built looks very close to the image below. Though I would use the same hat as you used for the guy in the middle but in dark grey, and also a different torso perhaps. Also, the guy to the right looks a lot angrier than the real guy, but I suppose that's the best head you can find.
