I really like the second and third, Isaac.  The shadows are really nice in the second, and the black and white photography in the third is just glorious.  Makes me want to make a black-and-white brickfilm (for some reason I have a huge love of Noir-style lighting).

Making a greyscale brickfilm is one of the most rewarding things I've done in a while  The possibilities it opens up are fantastic if you utilize your new abilities.  You could build a set twice as big as anything you've ever built before when building it only by shades rather than colours.  Plus you can use flesh and yellow heads together without note.

You get paid for flying a multi-copter (at least, my assumption is a multi-copter... could be a kite I guess. mini/bigsmile ) taking aerial pictures!? Awesome! Even if its just a once in a while deal its cool that you have that equipment. What are some of the specs?

just a DJI phantom, I do some realestate shots, and get about $100 per shoot, but, this job was $200. works out to be around $50 a hour. yeah, I've been getting to much, no time for animating.... mini/sad

Heavily heavily heavily photoshopped, but I figured this was the best place to post it. It's a mini Wonder Woman vignette story thing that people do all the time on Flickr. I need to get more lenses though, this 18-55 really isn't cut for brickfilming, and it certainly isn't cut for the kind of focus effects I want to try out (the background is entirely a blur, which annoys the heck out of me).

What about changing the f-stop? Wouldn't that deepen the focus?
