Okay that seems normal to specifically target Germany out of all the European countries, I mean personally I would blame Denmark because that's were Lego comes from. But Germany seems like a random choice.

Err.....This may sound pathetic, but I'm still sorting out how to upload images OLOL. Well, I got Market Street, Cafe Corner, Grand Emporium, Green Grocer, Fire Brigade, Empire State Building, Grand Caraousel, LEGO Batmobile UC, Lego Batcave, Lego Batwing, and some 500+ pieces off of bricklink and other sites.
I have around 80 cousins living in India, and most of them just sent me some money in the mail for my birthday, so that would explain it. lol.
Te first sets I'vee bought in 6 months!
