I animated the voices already (even though I have none of them)
What I do is just animate the movements in seprate clips and I edit them together, make them longer or shorter in the editing process.
Thats my way (I don't know if it's a very good one)

I updated it now . It's still a long way to go though. 
I am 100% done animation, and 60% done editing.
Submit your films to [email protected]. Include the names of
everyone who worked on the film, and include a link to the small
version of the film (5 megabytes per minute or less).
just in case you missed my question: what do you mean by "include a link to the small version of the film"
Duke Boy: In the email, you need have a link to where he can download a copy of the movie (that's 5MB per minute or less.)
I'm running behind in the animation department, though I think I might still make it.... I'm still missing lines from one person, though. 
I've had this pounding headache for almost two days now... Is this what you call 'animation headache'? (mrgreen)
My laptop is officially running its last hours. I think the cooling is broke, because it shut down every 10 min. which is really annoying when you're animating 
. I wish my new one (Macbook ! YAY!) had arrived.
So besides that, I've been missing some sleep. Put those two together and that's my headache for the moment xD.
As far as production goes, I think I'm on schedule. Finished another scene.
Time to FINALLY get animating.

I'm on the final ( and longest ) scene of the film 
I have to have it done by tommorow evening because I'm sending it to T.G Tom early on Saturday for music 
I'm now slightly ahead of schedule as I finished the first last scenes but yet have the middle to go.
Just finished a couple of shots. I only have to animate dialogue from now on.
I am now 100% done animation and 30% done editing 
Yeah but we still have BRAWL by the ass.

I started 4 days late,yet still may be able to make the deadline!
Boo-yeah.
My film will have no voices, but it will be powerful I can promise you that.
Also, I need to finish my homework and animate.
