I doubt it. Judging from the quality of the shot and the subtitles. And I don't think it's out yet on DVD in Belgium.
But I could be wrong, I heard there was a famous scene in it, something with teeth
Well... I've never actually seen it. 
Just heard there was a tooth scene. But in hindsight that guy looks too fat / flabby to be the main guy from A Serious Man.
