I know it doesn't count officially but it's A Bucket of Blood (1959). You shouldn't post links like that cause it's too easy to find out the title that way. Upload the image to imageshack or somewhere else next time

OK, at the start of the movie, the protagonist is alive, and the antagonist is dead.
By the end of the movie, the antagonist is alive again, and the protagonist has died.
I haven't actually seen yet it since most people seem to hate it, but I actually did know about that much about it, but in different terms.
