So what if Fred is doing well on youtube, fair play to him. And please, name some " Bad " Partners. People usually get accepted to partnership because their good. Personally, I think this idea is offensive to many people who enjoy/use youtube.

Actually, Fred isn't that bad. He might be incredibly annoying now, but there was a time when all of my friends, including myself, thought he was rather funny. And he was funny until the novelty wore off and it became annoying.
Fine, I've updated the list of enemies. There are Average (bad) YouTubers, and Spammers. that's all. No partners.
Fred is the end boss.
