It only matters if it's all in a short period of time; say four posts in a row, in a single thread, in a span of 10 minutes, by the same user.
Yeah, its only quadruple posting if its in a row, unless I pressed 'Submit' four times by accident.....
Anyways, I'm passing the judging over to 'Aiwha' (if He/She is up to it). I've done this waaayyyy too many times, and I think I should give one of the less frequent judges a chance.

If the winner hasn't [posted a frame] already when the [first 24-hours are] up, the 1st runner-up chooses the next image. If the 1st runner-up hasn't posted one after the same time period, then it's passed to the other one. If, by some sheer fluke, the 2nd runner-up doesn't post an image, then it's thrown open. If the winner doesn't want to choose the next image, then they can pass it on to the 1st runner-up. The process then repeats itself.

I sent a PM to 'aiwha' letting them know, and I forgot to mention one thing in my judging: An honourable mention goes to Jargon for being way too obvious 
Aiwha is french. And because I'm french me too, I sent a PM to him in a french Brickfilm website. Be patient

Of course it's allowed. The frame doesn't even have to be LEGO-related at all, if the poster doesn't want it to be.
The rules says it has to be from a brickfilm...
