I don't see why not. just take a pic of it and email them. They are usually pretty good about product quality. Just be polite and friendly and don't make any demands.

I have to admit that never happened to me, like maggosh and Schlaeps.
I got all of the classic Indiana Jones sets for my birthday last year and in Lost Tomb (one with the Ark) Indy had Anikan Skywalker's face from the ugly Clone Wars sets
Well i wouldn't be mad actually. I mean: You have that face like 3 times and now you have a different face too
There might have been one instance where I had a missing piece in a set (I seem to recall having to order something from LEGO regarding a set, though I don't clearly recall), but other than that, I don't think I've had a set with any missing pieces.
Though in the long run, I don't think it'd be that big of a deal since most of the pieces are likely going to become lost in a jumble of miscellaneous brickfilm sets anyways. (Unless the piece that is missing was an important one, like, one of the reasons you bought the set in the first place).

Well I have a little box of extra bits that they have thrown in and weren't needed to complete the kit. So I guess I am lucky
Yeah, it came with a hell of a lot of extras, right? Extra table leg, extra minecart wheel...
I've got some missing pieces in the CAFÉ CORNER I'm working on. 
I'm still looking for some similar pieces I've got laying around.

i didn't have any missing peices, but i did get a different head in an 'indiana jones' set.
his head was a clone wars anikin head!

Same thing happened to me, too, Blob.
Only mine was missing the brick that the sticker went on, not the sticker itself.
Besides that I have never gotten a missing brick.
(By the way, the set I am talking about is the Clone Battle Pack)

wow, that's a huge bump... but still, you can contact Lego on the website by sending a e-mail
I was missing a pirate flag from the shipwreck hideout, but LEGO sent it to me fast from the online system... I was impressed.
