You could try S.U.P.E.R. it is a simple but fast and free encoder. The results are not best but you can compress to every common formats.

Yeah, 45. I didn't expect that much, so we might have to changing the voting to a small panel of judges if we can. I don't think people are going to want to vote when they have to watch nearly 50 brickfilms.
So tired... must sleep now. 21 hours of continuous brickfilming makes you into a zombie.
My alarm was in a different room this morning and no-one told me when it went off. (Yes, there were people in the room.) With just over 2 and a half hours to go...

I worked on my movie from 8 PM to 4:30 AM, and I am going to bed now.

It was the best I could whip up in such a short time. I didn't start filming until about 12 hours after the contest started.
OK, OK, OK, I have an idea. If I can't get it finished within the 24hrs, then I'll still finish it, but won't enter it into THAC. 'Tis a shame, really.

200kb = much less than 5mb. You're in the clear.
