Re: SHAC 2 Starts NOW!
The number mod must be a physical part of the set.
If you want, you could always include the mod element elsewhere in the set as well, and still include the brick built number.

Ok. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
I have a shot in my video were the 2 is partly covered up, but you can still see part of it. Is that ok?
I just entered my entry. had a little fun with it, it's more of a joke than anything
Does the color mod have to be the same bricks in every shot? Or can it be different bricks yet with the same color combination in every shot?

Yes, that would still be acceptable. So long as it's clear that the number 2 was originally implemented into the set - that proves you made the film within the deadline.

Great question, cgdude9! No, you can change the color combination (or use different bricks) between shots. You do not have to stick to one color combination for the entirety of the film.
Hope that helps!
Okay sounds great, thank you!
When I put the sound mod into my video, can it be with other sounds?
Update: The contest deadline has been extended by one hour to accommodate for daylight savings.
And here’s the deadline.
Update: To accommodate for daylight savings, an extra hour of lee way has been added to the contest! Deadline is now 1pm EST on the 11th.
As the contest nears the final hours, I'll continue checking for submitted entries. It may take me a few minutes before I add your video to the list, so be patient.
After the deadline has passed, if you're entry is not listed, please contact me ASAP at: [email protected] with a working link to your film.
Thanks.
Film finished!
Guess that extra 48 hours means I finish my film this time, unlike thac.
20 Entries! Great job everyone!
I just realized that I forgot the mod element in one of my shots. Can I do anything now that I already submitted my entry?
No, your entry had the mod, shanewoodsbrs. If you really want you could re-film, but it was already accepted.
Just submitted my entry. I lost Saturday because of stuff, so it's not that good. (btw shanewoodsbrs, I forgot the mod element in Two of my shots, if that makes you feel any better:) )
5 minutes left! Sad I could not make one but excited to see what everyone else made!
Entries submitted before 1pm EST will still be accepted, however, feel free to make your videos public now!
SHAC is over! Thanks to all *25 entries! Here is the playlist of all entries!

So many good entries! I don't feel as bad for not finishing mine on time now, I don't know if mine would have compared to these entries.
By the way, I'm compiling a list of the entries and where to find them, just in case people want to leave comments on the films. I'll be updating the list over the next week as more of them get submitted here and on Brick a Brack.
