I animated a few tests last night.
I'm proud of myself, I starting to get more stuff done on my Chase scene for VN's contest. 
I just did a 6 second shot that took (I'm guessing) around 40 minutes.
Just five minutes ago. Last shot I did took an hour, the shot is three seconds long.
That was the shot at the end of the last movie in this video.

Maybe you're just jealous because we animate more often than you do.

actually I am jealous because I can't animate untill the 23rd...
Two hours ago I made a test of a man falling off a chair.
I'm animating my AniExer-size entry now but take a break while it renders previews.
I just animated 300 frames
and deleted it all because it was horrible
lesson learned
^ I've done that so many times. 
Four days ago. I filmed three shots in a train for the film I'm working on, one in front of a greenscreen. My animation is kind of rusty, but they turned out all right.
