Yes, as long as the specific recording you are using is royalty-free/available under a creative commons license.
Yes, be very careful about that. Most classical pieces are over 100 years old, and therefore their copyright has expired, putting them into the public domain. However, it is up to those recording the piece whether or not they'll allow to you to use it. Make sure you pay close attention to the licensing when looking at classical music!
question the rules said not to use trade marked series (star wars, ninjago ect) does that include minifigures? can i use a minifigure from a certain series?
thanks dragon brick studios but thats not exactly what i meant I meant like the lego minifigure series itself. can you use them?
Oh right sorry, in that case, I'm not too sure. You probably can, seeing as it's not really a theme as such like Ninjago is, and I'm pretty sure the character at the front of the poster is from the CMS, but I think it would be best for Penta or someone else to be able to clarify.
Figures from the LEGO Minifigures series are ok.

I have gotten started on my film today. It is called I stand strong.
It is about a Kid who's dad gets attacked by a Phantom.
He then says he will stand strong because he feels the phantom is now after him. More updates coming soon.

Yes, but it is more recommended to focus on making one entry as good as possible.
I'm about halfway through filming I feel like maybe I'm rushing this a bit...
