I would say IP films, but the "creative evolution" part doesn't really fit...
It is in fact Licensed IP Brickfilms. Not sure why the "creative evolution" part wouldn't fit, as a fair amount of people seem to like telling their own stories using pre-existing characters.
Also, I agree best not name names here. It's not very nice (That said, I haven't ever seen anyone here who has disliked BrotherhoodWorkshop...)

I like to take it that if the riddle specifically states 'who am I', then it is possibly referring to someone. Just think about others when posting your riddle, and don't try and degrade anyone in particular.
Also, how does everyone think about adopting a time limit to post a new riddle? I was thinking 72 hours after someone has been announced as winning, otherwise anyone can post the next riddle.
