So I didn't make the cut, you guys. It has been over 2 years since my last personal production and over a year since I've done animation work of any kind. So I guess I'm sort of rusty. But guess what? I have over 2400 frames of footage that needs editing, and while I missed THAC...I plan on releasing this film within the next week or two.

It's be rough, as the animation and story were completed within 24 hours as you know. But I'm very excited all the same. Thank you all for your support and I've had a blast nevertheless! Maybe next year!

Damn. Just damn. I've been looking forward to THAC since i missed the previous edition, looking forward since BRAWL when i didn't plan my week correctly and ended up with no time to work on anything at all. I've been looking forward to THAC since the announcement topic. This time i planned everything correctly, i was assured i'd have enough time to make a film. And just a day before the contest some stupid !@#$%^ decides to spam my Skype feed with weird adult imagery. I can't access my computer with internet or else it will load all my missed chat messages and even more adult images... It's gonna take time before i can safely delete everything and do THAC.

I really wanted to do THAC. It's a great contest, it's really something of an experience that every brickfilmer should have once. THAC is really a dream of mine to enter and i felt sad enough that i had missed last year's edition. I don't want to miss out again because of some stupid accident on my computer... Nathan, (or anyone else) is there anything you can do so i can do my entry later once i've managed to delete Skype?

(Deleting Skype or chat history may not seem like much to everyone here, but i want to completely avoid any type of shocking !@#$ in my chats. Every. Single. Image. I don't want to see anything.)

Wout, don't take this the wrong way but what you're saying, I am actually really confused as to what you're actually on about truthfully speaking.

Firstly, even tho you claim that when you turn on you're computer skype will log in automatically since you originally set that up in the first place which is true and understandable, but what really gets to me in what you're saying is; the fact you say you keep seeing all these bad images and stuff and you can't handle it, but the fact is you CANNOT see the bad images or whatever the image they sent unless you accept.. so that means you've been continuing to accept all the images, even tho you know what they are... So if you're going to keep accepting it theres nothing no one can do.

I also don't know why you would still have them added, another fact. Despite skype logging in automatically there is no way the images are viewable unless you click the contact to see the conversation and EVEN THEN the images still need to be opened. So I really don't know what you're talking about..

I also wanted to participate in THAC and BRAWL I didn't get enough time to finish, unfortunately even under you're ''Situation'' you're entry cannot be accepted as the rules and guidelines only allow 24 hours. If they allowed you they would have to allow others as people would start complaining these rules are in place for that very reason. People can make up excuses because they didn't get their entry in time and still won't to participate just make time for next year. Just upload it on youtube to the public as the others are doing.

As for skype, I know you've repeated this a few times.. as I said read above.. I use skype all the time so I know what I'm talking about.

So don't open Skype. If it starts on startup, close it quickly. If it will still scare you, have your parent do it. If that's impossible, start it in safe boot and uninstall Skype.
