I got a pretty interesting idea yesterday, and now I'm thinking of entering too. I'll now start scripting and developing the story more. And if the script's okay to me, I'm in.

I think so, yes. Though I honestly couldn't find license information, my understanding is that their free stuff has no restrictions on it.

i know there is no copyright allowed so no harry potter or star wars but i was wondering is i was allowed to take the mickey out of dr who a bit. the box would be red and it would not contain anything about dr who just the line "oh i get it. its bigger on the inside" just wanted to know if i could do that. i would in no way be saying the word tardis or dalek or dr who
As long as the audio isn't taken directly from the show, that founds fine.

Funny thing is; I was just listening to a Leonard Cohen song (on a record!): First we take Manhattan... then we take Berlin...
When I was in Berlin, i was impressed by the city, cause i didn't expect that much coolness in such an eastern-city. Maybe it's because Paris and Londen are much more ''famous'' and Berlin is a relaxed city.
And now i'm making a film about it 
(but it's BEFORE the city became relaxed)
