Getting a trial can be space eating and annoying if the end result is a something your not happy with. I think it's good that he posted it. We need to be accommodating, not derogatory.

Yeah, but you could just uninstall it. Seriously, if you're worried about installing a trial then the actual software is going to most likely house a larger sized file.

I just upgraded to 11 from 9.  Two things I love about it: 1) you're not limited to 4 audio or video layers; now you have 20 of each!  2) The preview isn't as taxing on memory and runs smoothly.   speculating on 3) I think it can handle many more stills before weighing down memory and becoming slow.
