Bumping this because I'm having trouble uploading a thumbnail too!
Not sure what the problem is... Tried jpg png at diff sized, including exactly 200x150 n higher, w n w/o srgb color space, nothing worked! I'm on a Mac running Safari on Snow Leopard.
It loaded image and displayed it as thumb, and even allowed me to "confirm" it, telling me I could now proceed, but at the end of submission it would say I failed to upload a thumbnail and to go back!
Totally excited about sharing a new Halloween short! Any Help?
Thanks!

Then why does it say "for best results upload an image 200x150 or larger" in the submission process??
I'm being stupid. Don't listen to me. I mixed up the question because the guy at the bottom of page 1 asked about his avatar and I thought that was what you were asking about too for some reason.
I've gotten another report of this issue now. Not sure what the problem is. However, in the meantime there's a workaround: when you get the "confirm thumbnail" prompt during the submission process, don't click accept. Just click "next" and it should work.
I'll look into it, I'm sorry we're having this issue
im prettier than smeagol
Oh finally! I got the answer for my question!!! ))) "Don't click here" works!!! )))
This issue revolving around this bug should now be resolved. The "confirm new thumbnail" button should not have been there in the first place, which is why skipping the button resolved the problem.
I seem to be having the problem.

This is happening to me too. I think this is a new development that's happened recently, and no matter what I've tried (lowering the resolution, reformatting, resizing,) nothing works, I get the same stupid message.
Oh s**t , this is happening to everyone else?
Do the mods and/or programmers even know of this?
ITT:
Seriously though, ultimately OMF and Sloth maintain the site in their free time (out of the goodness of their large, beautiful hearts), so they can't always drop everything when the site breaks and get to fixing it. Please try to be patient; I understand that it can be frustrating when you have a film you want to share with everyone, but we should respect that they have other obligations and be grateful that they are willing to give us as much time as they do.
I keep clicking the browswe button and cont seem to do anything
