I honestly don't really like "no theme". I mean, the fun of THAC and BRAWL are trying to interpret the theme somehow. But, I'll enter anyway.
Damn, now its even harder to think of an idea :S
One of the previous THACs had no theme and it did not seem to cause any real issues with the quality of entries. I agree a theme is perhaps more fun, though. Beggars can't be choosers.
okay, writing the script
Have numerous ideas floating around my head! Time for scripting.
Now I need an idea...
Smeagol and I figured the "No theme" would be the fairest way to go about it. Everyone gets a bit more freedom to make up for the fact that the contest was late starting. Also, it means that we cannot be accused of being self-serving with the theme - everyone has the same restriction... or lack thereof.
NO THEME?!? Wow...
NOW I HAVE 1.18 SECONDS OFF ANIMATION!
NOW 2.18 HOLY BEEP IT IS GOING SO SLOW MY ANIMATION PROGRAM!

The theme is too open-ended and I can't think of an original idea. 
If you're just dying for a theme, here a few we tossed around before we decided they might be misperceived as self-serving, feel free to draw inspiration from them though it's not necessary that you do so:

The Elephant in the Room would of been fun actually. I like the no theme theme though.
I've finished the script, although I still have quite a lot more pre-production to do 
well worth the extra 2 hours of sleep!!!!
