I think you put yt:stretch=16:9 in the tags on YouTube and that does it... at least according to DDProductions.

I'll do:

And i'll do the very FIRST boom-de-ah-dah.

The only requirements are to shoot your clip in 16:9 widescreen and at least 15fps.

I need my shoot in 16:9, though.

can you change it to that in WMM?
I didn't think it was a problem at first but I'm not sure that I can do Widescreen...

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

I already started animating mini/smile

In the tab "Project" there's an option to make it 16:9, I think.

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

If you're struggling to make your video 16:9, I can crop it for you. Just make sure your video is prepared for it (as in, make sure there isn't anything important at the top/bottom of the frame).

This is unrelated, but yt:crop=16:9 is often more useful.

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

You could just render it at 16:9...

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

Hazzat, I was wondering. Where are you going to put this video when its done? On your own channel, or are you going to make a new one?

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

Hey Hazzat, just wondering, am I supposed to edit the video? (add sound effects) or will you do that yourself?
EDIT: Okey Dokey

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

Sonjira: I hope to put it on the WeTheBrickfilmers channel. If not I'll put it on my own channel, but I don't want to take too much credit for it.

rafael: No sound effects. It's a song, remember? All I need from you is the audio of you singing.

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

Animation is done! mini/bigsmile

Edit: Can I add ONE sound-effect? Only one?

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

Have you considered that it may pose a great challenge for synchronizing the people singing to the tune of the song? Just saying.

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

Great, I see this thread a few hours after it's posted and all the main parts are taken.  Ah well, I guess I'll just do one of the "Boom de ah dah" parts.

LGFB: If you MUST, send me one version with and one without the effect. I'm being deliberately picky about this!

topit: I'm trusting that you all have a great sense of rhythm.

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

I can do a Boom De Ah Dah

FOS ENTRY: Animation: 10% Done, Editing: 0% Done, Voice actors: 0%

Re: Community Project - "Boom De Ah Dah"

I am also kinda finished with mine
today I practiced animating in 24 fps
now I'm sure that my part will be much better because now:

I love the Frame Rate

I then made my sigfig do a little dance thing
but it doesn't have any set or background behind it
just a wight peice of paper
what kind of set would you make for frame rate?
