I can't tell what exactly you've done with it, though, as it's a bit small. (Also, your image appears to be of somehwat lower quality than the original)
Might try this game out when I have time, it looks fun. I'm not especially experienced with photoshop/GIMP though so I probably won't be able to do a very good job, haha.

I changed it to a minifigure face on a cup and called it 'Starbricks'. I made the asset a long time ago and just thought I'd add it to this. Also, there's a woman with a funny hat on the left, but that was an even more minor addition, if it's possible for there to be such a thing in this case

Changed the blue to purple on the bike at the front.
Check the second building on the right too, removed the balconies.
