Hmm...don't really have one.
If I had to choose I would probably pick LOST, the film I just put out.
Strangely, the film I'm most proud of as of now is "Jeffery and the Old Man in: The Great Airplane Murderer Mystery"
as terrible as it is it's my favorite of my films that i've made so far

No, that's actually not the film I'm most proud of. For me (JP2), I'd say it'd have to be Saltman: Burden of Hope.
Currently it's our most complete film, and the only one where I don't have some regrets filming it.
I can finally say I have a film I'm most proud of. That would obviously be my Brawl entry, Nostalgia: Childhood Memories, which is probably my first movie with an understandable story, easy enough to follow. I think it was a big step from my older animation, with a style anticipated by Concentration and my Brickfilm fight, which are other two animation I'm quite proud of, but unfortunately none of them had a solid story. It probably has the best sets I've ever done, and the first movie where I really put attention and thought into lighting.
Of my older movies, I must say though that I'm pretty proud of A Day in the Future too, considering it was the second brickfilm I ever made, and the first I shot at 15 fps. Even if it doesn't have a solid story, it has some of my favourite shots.

Zombie Attack 2: No More Room In Hell.
I didn't really nitpick that much over it as I usually do with my films. And I feel this one kinda stands out compaired to the other films I made. And it's loved by some. And Scott Jenner was awesome to work with. This film wouldn't be withouth him.

It's a brickfilm B-movie classic and among my favorites no doubt. You sure have a right to be proud of it 
How to Not Rob a Bank
Adventure comedy with lots of random original stuff. It's also my first 15 FPS film, and, amazingly, it's not really choppy all the way through.
But the thing I think I love the most is how much people are enjoying it.

{Off Topic} What fps do you usually use then?
I think I am (for the moment) proud of "Smoothie." Though it's not that long, a lot of work was put into it. Hopefully I will be having more films come out soon.
I usually use 15, but before Bank I was doing 10 for Pirates and Mailbox.
