I'm making an alien dropship for my alien conquest aliens.I'll post it here as soon as i'm done.
Sorry for the bump (it wasn't really that big, right?), but I have to show you one of my enties into the Lego Universe Create a Pet contest:
It's only one of my entries, the others are in the Creation Lab.
That looks great. I especially like the tail.
How do people get that style of building where the corners have those bevelled bricks?
I just made this yesterday:
HF Santa!
If you want to download it, it is named "HF Santa" on the Lego DesignByMe Gallery.
My WiP hotel.
BUMP
We need this topic.
Just an office building I've been working on:
Bump. SANDOOM! *Maniacal laugh*
You can search him on the Lego Universe creation gallery for more information and pictures.
He's missing a few pieces because they made him too hard to pose. It's pretty easy to see the missing 2nd leg connections, for example.
I'm so proud of him...

Glad I discovered this old thread. I've been doing some building in LDD lately and thought I'd share some of it. I don't have any real plans to put stuff on CUUSOO, so this is all just for fun.
This model is from Mesopatamian mythology. Marduk (right) is battling Kingu (left) for the Tablet of Destiny, which gives whoever possesses it legal ownership of the universe. Kingu having it is a bad thing, as he works for the ancient dragon Tiamat, who wants to destroy mankind. The set is a kind of cosmic temple (all the purple is meant to represent cosmic energies and such). Kingu was hard to come up with a design for and I'm still not entirely happy, but I'm pleased that I managed to fit the horns, face-veins and wings in (since they're the main features of one of the few, if not the only, complete image of Kingu we have). Marduk's a character I actually hope to use for a brickfilm some day, but not anytime soon. He's fairly straightforward as well, though I like the transgreen mace a lot. The Tablet of Destiny (image 3) is a bit lame, but my thoughts were that if this was an actual LEGO set, it would have printing on it.
Also, there's a piece of software that translates LDD files into something that POV-Ray can open, but it's PC only. I'm wondering if anyone with a PC would be willing to install the software and then do some high-quality renders for some of my models? I totally understand if that seems like a lot of effort for nothing though.
Gee, I didn't even know this was a thread! Awesome!
I'd love to hear your comments and criticism about these.
Earlier this month, I posted a Bizarro Schneider living room on my tumblr page:
Here's an exterior model, in microscale, that I built for episode 5:
This is a Jetta. I just finished shooting the scene this appears in.
Adolf Hitler's Air Chariot. I was going to build this model for HOO episode 3, but Hitler was only standing around so the real model was scrapped.
Exterior of the church from ep 3. I really have to get this one built.
The church reminds me more of sets from the 80s (of which I'm a big fan), but the addition of the microfig and the stained glass window are great.
Does anyone have any comments on my pictures too?
Oh, yeah, I should have mentioned it because I noticed. The complimentary color scheme looks really well on yours, and it looks like something on par with the quality of the well-designed "Atlantis" series, without all those huge red specialty parts! I'd liek to see you post more creations in this theme.

Hopefully I'll have chance to over the Christmas holidays, though I'm still talking to some friends about getting high-quality renders to post online. I'm hoping to make more Babylonian myths, like the battle in the Cedar Forest, but I also have some modern myth crossover stuff I'm working on.
I have software that converts LDD files and I can render them. Email me at [email protected] if you want me to have a go.
I thought you can't buy LDDs any longer from Lego.
I actually made one on LDD that I had produced. It was a Valentine mobile for a Valentine's day gift.
Here are a couple pictures I recently rendered. I'm getting ready to model scenes for my next animation, and here is one of those scenes, a court room. It's nothing spectacular, but I'd like your comments:

Straight from the LEGO website. If you type 'LEGO Digital Designer' into Google, it'll come up right away.
