Oh yes, there's a special meaning to each one and the color choices on the forums / boxes on the front page / boxes in the film directory are all deliberate decisions based on the meaning.

Hate to poop on this parade, but...

The forum you guys have been using for the past year is gone. Sure, it's nice to wipe the slate clean of all those delightful threads, but all the threads you made for your films, with their reviews, plus any helpful threads are NO MORE.
Yeah, it's nice to have a "real" site now, but there's virtually no content on it yet, and the forum has been deleted and replaced. This all seems like a step back, in a way.

What I want to know though is there a staff page so that I can see who are the staff on the site? In the Admin Panel screencast there was a section to organize the users as though there is a staff page, if so what is the link?
