What makes you say they're fake? Just because we're seeing them now? Have you ever heard of leaked images?

I just googled the thing,and i have the barcodes for series 1 and 2.Series 3 ,4,and i think 5 have dots on the top and bottom.

Top and bottom? When I went to get Series 3 and 4, it was only on the bottom.

They are out now, yes. But only in the UK and (I think) some other European countries. If anyone in another country wants them now, they'll have to buy them online. For me, I'll just wait until they come out in the US.

I went to Toys R Us today and got a complete set of Series 5! There was only one box. I found the last one, the Gangster, in the last few packages I went through.

I'll be honest, I'm tired of this theme, the Lego company is making entire new pieces that aren't necessary and as a result, the figures just become less impressive. new heads, torsos, and colors are very cool, but the new parts and accessories are becoming annoying. Now, that is only my opinion, I know many members here like the new parts, but in my opinion, it's becoming less and less like Lego and more like doll accessories.

Yeah, the new longsword looks very un-Lego (the dude left of the minataor)
That longsword looks quote like a Playmobil sword.
Though I do like the butcher and leprauchan.
