I am as well, the last set I got was the Village Bakery and the heads looked fine to me (except one was misprinted and the ink job was sloppy.)

I am so happy! I just got a GIANT bucket of legos and a TON of minifigs for only $10.
I recently got the Hero Factory set Nitroblast. As you can see from my avatar, I like him.

How and where? I'd be very interested to know, because we (Not all three, just two of us) have been searching for bulk packs with bricks and minifigs for quite a long time with no results.

How on Earth is that new LEGO head supposed to help if they swallow it?
The regular head was supposed to help with the breathing thing. Now, they have warnings on the package so it's "not their fault" if a little kid chokes. And plus, they wanted to put "LEGO" on the head so people would know it's Lego. They try to put that on as many elements as possible.
They also regularly trademark new piece designs in an effort to protect their work from such blatant ripoffs as Hasbro's Kree-O.
Licensed LEGO like Star Wars/Batman/Indiana Jones is always ridiculously expensive because you have to pay for the licensing, on top of the price the set would be if it was a normal set.
Not all licensed LEGO is as arm-and-a-leg as the Star Wars theme, whose prices continue to skyrocket. The Toy Story sets were priced reasonably by-and-large as were Prince of Persia, and, I thought, Indiana Jones. But yeah, there's been a lot of LEGO Star Wars fans upset by the ridiculous prices these days.
my last Lego set was the Hoth Batte set [bad guys] it is awsome!!!!!!!

Picked me up a LEGO Atlantis Sea Jet for only $4.00 at ToysRUs today.
I bought this at Target today.
I built it in the car.
Got some Lego Minifigures from my local Tesco's.
